Prayer Coordinator
After graduating from nursing school in Michigan, Trenda married Jerry, and moved with him to cities in Colorado and Texas. They have 2 sons and daughters-in-law and seven (plus one on the way) beautiful grandchildren she loves spending time with. Trenda worked in different nursing fields, most recently in research, before retiring. She has been involved in women's ministries in the different local churches they attended.
Upon retiring, Trenda was led by God to join Reflective Life Ministries as Ministry Consultant and Prayer Team Leader. As Ministry Consultant, she communicates directly with event coordinators to ensure all details are taken care of. As Prayer Team Leader she keeps the RLM team and prayer team informed of prayer needs and praise reports. She gives her mother credit for teaching her the importance of prayer in every area of life.
Trenda has attended Faith Bible Church, where she is involved in the prayer ministry, women's ministry and children's ministries, for over 15 years.
"Coming from a medical background, I have a deep concern for people suffering from PTSD. I recognize that not only military people suffer with this, but others who have experienced severe trauma in other ways may have it too. I believe that medical treatment and therapy is necessary for healing, however I believe God is the ultimate healer. That is why I am grateful to be part of the STRONGER movie. I believe prayer must be the foundation for God to use this movie as He desires. And I am honored to lead the team in bringing every part of this movie to the throne of grace. I pray that many will see truth, see the love of Jesus, see hope in this film and be rescued."
